| 摘 要： | 近年来，大学生心理健康问题已成为热点问题。目前大学生存在着比较突出的六个方面的心理问题。产生这些心理问题的主要原因即症结，有生物遗传因素、环境因素和心理因素。有针对性地优化大学生心理品质、积极有效地开展学校心理健康教育，是提高大学生心理健康水平的有效途径。
