社会转型期基层工会组织建设研究

随着社会经济的不断发展,我国工会组织特别是基层工会组织建设不断深入,覆盖面继续扩大,会员人数持续增长,在推进企业发展、维护职工合法权益方面的作用日趋显著。但基层工会组织的工作与我国经济社会发展的新要求仍有一些不适之处,针对基层工会工作中现存的问题,可以通过创新基层工会组织工作方式,完善工会协管制度、以维权为核心建立基层工会联合会与工会干部职业化双措并举、职工维权上提一级等一系列对策加以解决。

The Study of Construction of Primary Organizations of Chinese Labour Union in Social Transition

With the rapid economic and social development,Chinese labour union,especially the primary organizations,has gained a great achievement in organization construction.With the extended coverage and growing number of members,labour union has been playing an increasingly important role in promoting enterprises development and safeguarding employee＇s legitimate rights.However,the work of primary labour union is not completely fit to the recent situation.This paper concludes the problems in the operation of primary organization of labour union,and proposes a package of suggestions.
