摘    要:光敏感核不育水稻,在长日诱导的不育花药中,可溶性蛋白质含量,比短日诱导的可育花药为低;在花粉母细胞发育期和单核早期,不育花药中吲哚乙酸氧化酶总活性和比活性,均较可育花药高得多;单核晚期以后,酶活性仍以不育花药较高。

Abstract:A preliminary study has been made on the soluble protein content and IAA oxidase activity of the anthers during the different developing stages of HPGMR under long day (LD) and short day(SD) inductions. The soluble protein content in sterile anthers under LD induction is lower than that of fertile anthers under SD induction. During the differentiating stage of pollen mother cell and early uninuclcate stage, the total activity and specific activity of IAA oxidase in the sterile anthers are much higher than those of fertile anthers. After the late uninucleate stage, however, IAA oxidase activity is relatively close in both sterile anthers and fertile ones, though it is still higher in the sterile anthers.
