| 摘 要： | 网络环境下图书馆信息服务,主要有现代化的服务手段、无限化的服务领域、精品化的信息产品、社会化的信息服务、专业化的信息服务人员和主动地有针对性地服务等特点。针对图书馆网络环境下信息服务工作存在的问题,我们应该从强化信息资源建设、加强信息服务体系建设、社会通力合作、优化管理和提高服务人员的素质等方面来采取相应的对策。

| Abstract: | Under network circumstances, library information service mainly has the following peculiarities: modernized service instrumentality, unlimited service realm, choice information product, socialized information service, specialized information service staff and initiative and aimed service, etc.. Under network circumstances, information service work has some problems we should adopt corresponding tactics from following aspects: intensifying the information resource construction, strengthening information service system construction, society cooperation, enhancing management and improving staff qualities. |
