摘    要:随着我国与世界各国经济贸易的飞速发展,国际贸易往来各种方式的经济交流与合作日益增多,商务活动的重要性日益突出,而作为商务活动的重要形式-商务谈判则是企业和经济组织进行经营活动的基础和重要组成部分,是一项跨政治、经济、技术、法律、心理、语言、社交等诸多学科和知识的综合性经营活动。

Abstract:With the rapid development of economic trade in our country and countries in the word,international trades and all kinds of economic exchanges and corporations are increasing,and international business activities are becoming more and more important.As an important form of business activities,business negotiation is the base and plays an important part in business activities of enterprises economic organizations.It is a comprehensive activity concerning various subjects and abundant knowledge such as politics,economy,technology,law,psychology,language,social contact,etc.
