篮球运动员不同运动负荷状态下投篮准确性变化的研究

运用专家咨询访谈、心理实验测量和数理统计等方法,对辽宁省40名优秀青年男女篮球运动员不同负荷状态下投篮准确性的变化进行研究。篮球运动员在三种负荷状态下感知觉发生明显的变化后使投篮准确性发生了明显的变化,在中等负荷状态下的投篮准确性最好。表现在感知觉方面的皮肤两点辨别阈、手动稳定性、肘关节敏感度测试值的提高,反映出在此状态下,运动员的心理控制能力高,这与运动负荷对人体机能的影响有关。

Study on the Change of Shoot Exactness of Basketball Athletes in the Different Workload

This paper,with the experts investigation,psychology measurements,statistics,studies the change of the shoot exactness in the different workload of 40 young top male and female basketball athletes of Liaoning Province.There exists obvious difference among the shoot exactness of three workloads,moreover the shoot exactness in the moderate workload is the best.The sensibility of psychology is different in the different workloads and presents the best in the moderate workload.In the moderate workload,the number of 2-point discrimination threshold of skin,stability of movement of hand,sensitivity of elbow joint enhances which embodies the psychology controlling ability is high in moderate workload.The course perhaps is the effect of the sport workload to the body.
