| Abstract: | Zhou Enlai's idea of taking up a government post for the people is wealthy and it is manifested in these respects: the people are essential, taking up the post for the people; diligence is of primary importance, devoting his life to the people; incorruptibility is the guiding principle, using the power for the people; morality is the model, winning the confidence of the people. It is of realistic importance to study and propagate Zhou Enlai's idea of taking up a government post for the people. |
