个别化自主学习模式的网络课程设计与实践

文章以《人力资源管理》双语网络课程的开发为例,探索和构建了基于网络课程的个性化自主学习的新模式。在教育学理论基础上,通过对学生的学习特征进行分析,完成了网络课程学习流程结构和网络课程结构的设计,并对学习模式进行了应用和评价体系两个方面的实践研究,认为此模式可使师生受益,提高了教学效果。

Design and Exploiture of the Network Course for Autonomous Learning Model

This paper is to verify through the exploitation of the bilingual network course of human resource management and the analysis of the learners' individual learning characters on a brand - new mode of autonomous learning. This paper tries to explore the framework of the autonomous network course and its evaluation system. It is believed that this learning mode will be very beneficial to the teachers as well as the students.
