| Abstract: | This paper holds that the analyzes of the theories of function and conflict concerning the causes of the stratification of cociety are all intended to study the agreeing or disagreeing reactions of the members in each social class to the legal order corresponding to the existing stratification of society and analyzes the intrinsic theoretical logic of the stratification society and legal order from the three perspectives of stratification structure,class consciousness and stratification mechanism. |
