新一代IP电信网架构及方案

摘    要:随着Internet的不断发展,基于IP网络承载丰富多彩的电信级业务是未来发展趋势。传统的IP网络作为电信业务基础平台进行商用,存在QoS问题、安全问题、管理问题、价值链问题。业界提出RSVP的IntServ模型和DiffServ模型、IETF的MPLS流量工程技术,试图解决上述问题,但不能实现对业务的质量保证。为此,提出IP电信网的概念和架构,目标是基于已有IP网络,进行层次化网络架构(物理层、逻辑层、控制层、业务层)构建,进行业务质量敏感的电信级业务承载,通过网络资源集中管控,与传统的Internet上网业务从资源分配上进行分离,对现有IP网络作适当改造,支持对传统PSTN业务、数据专线业务的承载,支持电信级服务质量保证(毫秒级时延抖动、网络带宽预留),该方案相对传统电信业务专网或专线方案,成本可以降低50%以上。

Abstract:With the continuous development of Internet, it is the future development trend to carry more and more carrier level services based on IP network. The traditional IP network as the basic platform of telecom business has problems of QoS, security, management and value chain. The industry proposes IntServ model and DiffServ model of RSVP, and MPLS traffic engineering technology of IETF to solve the above problems, but it can not achieve the quality assurance of services. Therefore, this paper proposes the concept and architecture of IP telecommunication network. The goal is to build a hierarchical network architecture (physical layer, logic layer, control layer and service layer) based on IP network, carry out carrier level service with service quality sensitivity, separate it from traditional Internet service through centralized network resource management and control, and appropriately transform the existing IP network to support traditional PSTN service and data dedicated line service. It supports carrier level QoS guarantee (millisecond delay jitter and network bandwidth reservation). Compared with the traditional private network or dedicated line scheme, the cost of this solution can be reduced by more than 50%.
