对高校学报健康和谐发展的若干思考

当前高校学报存在量多质次、发行量低、学术属性异化、钱稿交易等影响学报健康发展的不和谐因素。这些问题的最终解决有赖于我国学术评价制度的根本改革，目前比较可行的解决方法还在于加强管理，提高学报质量。重点应放加强学报质量的监控上，包括建立与完善学报质量监控体系、学报编辑人员工作业绩考核指标等。

Thoughts on a Healthy and Harmonious Development of the University Journal

There are some inharmonious elements such as an inbalance between the quality and quantity of the articles published,a low quantity issued,the academic attribute disassimilation and the phenomena of an exchange of money and publication right etc.which affect a healthy and harmonious development of the university journals.The untimate remedy of these inharmonious elements relies on a thorough reform on the academic appraisal system.The practical solutions are an enhancement of the management and administration and a promotion of the journal quality.The importance must be placed on the supervision over the journal which includes to estalish a sound supervising quality control system and a better inspection on the achievements targets over the journal workers.
