| 摘 要： | 百色市总人口360多万,其中壮族约占总人口的80%.由于地处山区,百色市相对贫困、落后：交通极为闭塞,基础教育水平不高.论述以下内容：分析壮族地区百色市义务教育阶段的现状,通过对比并提出该市实施双语教学的紧迫性;实施双语教学面临的主要问题及对策.

| Abstract: | Situated in mountain areas, comparatively, Baise is backward: lacking of transportation means and poor elementary education. This paper discusses the following aspects: the present situation of Baise's compulsory education;through comparison, the urgency of implementation bilingual education; the problems of implementation bilingual education and the solutions to solving the problems. |
