| 摘 要： | 大学生思想政治工作至关重要,但要真正发挥思想政治工作的作用,使其具有针对性和时效性就必须做到与时俱进,充分考虑经济、政治、文化等方面的变化对思想政治工作的影响,在具体工作中贯彻以人为本的理念,体现市场经济和网络时代等特征。

| Abstract: | The ideological work in colleges is of great necessity.However,in order to give full play to its function,the ideological work must be carried out in the spirit of the times.It also must take the influences of economy,politics and culture into consideration.So,in the spirit of human beings,the ideological work in practice will embody the features of market economy and networking. |
