| Abstract: | During the course of the urbanism in China, the development and construction in the joint region between town and country of many cities is in a blind and chaotic situation. This phenomenon has posed a threat to the sustainable developments of the cities. In the paper ,it is advanced that the utilization of the land should be controlld by the rational plan and the urban plan and construction should be suited to the environmental capacity of the joint region, and follow the fundamental tenets of the urban design. |
