| 摘 要： | 当前国际关系在经济、文化、政治诸方面存在重大缺陷,成为国际恐怖活动多发的重要原因。有必要重申国际关系基本原则,在规则制定、国际贸易、国际经济法等方面进行改革,以实现国际关系的发展完善和国际社会的和平、安宁、稳定。
