金属基复合材料液态浸渗制备工艺

摘    要:液态浸渗制备工艺是目前金属基复合材料的主要制备方法之一。通过对挤压浸渗技术、无压渗透法、真空浸渗技术、气压浸渗技术、熔模铸造浸渗技术等各种不同液态浸渗制备工艺的应用及优缺点的分析,最后认为采用液相浸渗制备工艺能够实现制备组织致密、性能良好的复合材料,是一种比较经济的复合方法。

Abstract:Liquid Infiltration Technique is the one of the main methods of metal matrix composite preparation.By analyzing their application and advantages and disadvantages to the different liquid infiltration techniques,such as squeeze infiltration,pressureless infiltration,vacuum infiltration,atmospheric pressure infiltration,investment casting etc.It was concluded finally that liquid infiltration technique can be achieved the composite with compact microstructure and high performance,and was more saving composite ...
