| 摘 要： | 本研究主要通过对234名被试的分析,以中国人“大七”人格结构为基础,探讨中国人人格结构中的七个维度与主观幸福感之间的关系。结果发现,人格的七个维度中,除了处世态度外,其它六个维度都与主观幸福感及其中的两个维度具有显著的相关;行事风格、善良和外向性三个维度是总体情感和主观幸福感的有效预测因子。行事风格可解释主观幸福感11.3%的变异,并与外向性可共同解释主观幸福感19.3%的变异,行事风格、外向性和善良可共同解释主观幸福感21.7%的变异。而人格对个体对主观幸福感的有效解释不能在认知水平上体现出来。

| Abstract: | The major purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between the seven personality dimension of Chinese people and their subjective well-being.The total 234 full-time clerks were tested with their seven personality dimensions and their Subjective Well-being.The main results of this research are following:1.Among the seven personality dimensions,Caliber,Acting Style,Human Relations,Goodness,Extraversion,Emotionality have the significant correlations with subjective well-being,general affect,and life satisfaction.2.Acting Style,Goodness,Extraversion were valid predictors of subjective well-being. |
