我国高等教育发展观的反思

高等教育发展观是人们对于高等教育问题的总体性和一般性看法。我国高等教育发展观反映了我国高等教育长期存在的基本矛盾,以某种独特的方式再现了高等教育发展的基本过程和基本规律。新中国成立60年来,我国高等教育发展观经历了建国初期17年、"文化大革命"10年、拨乱反正和改革开放初期、深化改革开放时期四个基本阶段。高等教育本质问题是高等教育发展观所不容规避的核心问题。从本质上看,高等教育普遍地具有知识的批判反思性、教学与科研活动的社会代理性、组织结构的高度分工性、精神生活的超越性与一致性等传统特征。
