| 摘 要： | 什么是武夷岩茶的＂岩韵＂？如何认定与表述之？茶界与学界众说不一,莫衷一是。所谓＂岩韵＂,是指武夷岩茶在品饮过程中所产生的以感官体验、化学特征、诗性精神及审美升华为内容的从生理感官到精神审美的综合感受。

| Abstract: | what is the Wuyi Rock Tea ＂Yanyun＂？ How to recognize and expression？ Tea with all circles are discussed.The author thinks that the so-called ＂Yanyun＂ refers to the characteristic of the process of the generated by sensory experiences and chemical characteristic,poetic spirit and aesthetic sublimated content from the senses,physiology to spirit,aesthetic comprehensive feeling. |
