襄阳市农民工生存状态调研报告

文章通过问卷调查的形式收集到了关于襄阳市农村劳动力转移以后的职业分布、薪酬水平、社会保障、子女教育以及精神和文化生活等数据。分析了襄阳市农村劳动力转移后农民工(以城区为主)生存坏境存在的主要问题,并从社会支持,包括政府、社区、第三部门等几个方面提出解决农民工生存困境的方法。

Report on the Living Status of Xiangyang Migrant Workers

Since China＇s reform and opening up a large number of rural labor transfer to city, but their survival situation is worrying. How to solve their survival plight has now become our main aim of research. Through the questionnaire survey this article discusses about vocational distribution and compensation, social security, children education and spiritual and cultural life etc. after the rural labor force transfer in xiangyang city. This paper analyzes the main problems of migrants＇ survival circumstance, and finally puts forward suggestions to solve the plight of rural migrant workers from social support, including government, community, the third sector and other several aspects.
