| 摘 要： | 对于人类动机的研究历来都是心理学家们研究的热点之一。本文系统回顾了动机研究随着心理学的历史发展而出现的各种理论，从纵向和横向的角度对各种理论加以分析评价，探讨了一些主要动机理论的内容和特点，并对动机的发展趋势进行初步探讨。
