| 摘 要： | 对山东省５２所高校的体育师资状况进行了调查研究。结果表明，山东省高校体育师资总人数编制不足，青年教师比例偏高，学历层次较低，高、中、初级职称比例不尽合理。据报道，全国高校中也存在类似问题。建议决策部门在“九五”期间采取相应措施，多渠道加速培养硕士生和博士生，对青年教师要加强政治思想教育，纠正职称评聘中存在的问题，尽快建设一支数量足够、思想过硬、业务精良的高校师资队伍

| Abstract: | Investigation on physical education teachersstructure in 52 colleges of Shandong province showed that:there were not enough physical education teachers in colleges.Percentage of young teachers was high,but their academic degrees were not very high:high,middle,and primary titles were out of proportion.We suggest that countermeasure be made in order to accelerate the education of Masters and Doctors,to strengthen the education of young teachers,to solve the problems of title establishment.It is necessary to construct a enough quantity and well qualified physical education teacher group. |
