| 摘 要： | 比较了原产地名称与其他相关概念,分析了我国在原产地名称的保护中存在的问题,指出应从完善立法、加强监管、发展行会、增加打击侵权力度、提高保护意识以及跟进相关制度等方面对原产地名称进行保护。

| Abstract: | The paper compares appellation of origin with some related concepts and analyzes the problems in the protection of appellations of origin. It points out that China can protect appellation of origin by means of perfecting legislation, enforcing administrative management, developing guilds, and beating intrusion more heavily, improving protection consciousness and correlative systems as well. |
