亚洲青年人力资源开发政策、模式及其借鉴

摘    要:随着经济的发展与人口结构年轻化的加速,青年人的就业问题日益突显。亚洲各国为了适应经济全球化的进程,在人力资源开发方面都做了重要部署,特别是在青年人力资源的开发上,各国都进行了专门的规划,以提高青年人的就业适应性。文章着重分析了日本、新加坡、泰国、马来西亚等亚洲国家的青年人力资源开发体系与政策框架,并对我国人资源开发政策的制定与实施提出建议。

Abstract:With the fast development of economy and a larger percentage in the demographic age composition taken by young people,the unemployment rate of young people has been increasing.In order to adapt to the globalization,Asian nations make many big plans for human resources development,especially for young people.This paper emphasizes on the human resources development system and policy frameworks for young people in Singapore,Thailand,Malaysia,etc,and Puts forward suggestions and experiences for the policy-making and complement of human resources exploration policy in China.
