| 摘 要： | 党的十六大报告提出的要建立和谐社会的思想得到了社会的广泛认同。和谐管理在高校学生管理工作中的具体运用主要表现在以下方面:一是确定和谐的管理目标,二是创设和谐的管理方式,三是建立和谐的管理队伍,四是构建和谐的师生关系,五是营造和谐的管理环境。

| Abstract: | The idea of building harmonious society,proposed in the report of the 16th Congress of the CPC is widely accepted by the people in all social sectors.Harmonious management in student administration is manifested as follows: clarifying the management objectives;setting up harmonious management methods;constructing a harmonious management team;building harmonious teacher-student relationship;and creating harmonious management environment. |
