| 摘 要： | 以二甘醇和苯甲酸为原料，对甲苯磺酸为催化剂，合成二甘醇二苯甲酸酯(DEDB)，用作聚氯乙烯(PVC)主增塑剂。实验研究表明，其工艺方法简单可行，收率大于90％。该新工艺制品物性指标完全符合SG76-73标准，性能接近邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)增塑剂。

| Abstract: | The Diethylene Glycol Dibenzoate(DEDB) as the main plasticizer of polyvinyl chloride(PVC) is composed by Diethylene and Benzene monocarbonic acid under the catalyst with P-methyl Benzene sulfonic acid.The Experiment research indicates that the method is simply workable and the receiving rate is more than 90%.This new technology products fits completely the standards of SG76-73.The function is close with DOP. |
