| 摘 要： | 唐律对市场的设置有严格的限制,用严厉的刑事法规对市场进行管理,这是中国古代传统的重农抑商政策在唐律中的反映。唐律在市场管理规范方面的成就比秦朝以前高不了多少,而唐以后各朝则基本沿袭唐律,说明了中国古代法律在市场管理方面的基本特征。

The Stipulations of the Laws of Tang Dynasty about the Market Administration |

| Abstract: | The laws of Tang dynasty strictly stipulated the outlay of market, using the penal code to administrate, which was the reflection of the favour of agriculture over commercials. It was hard to say the administration of market in Tang dynasty was excellent over Qin dynasty, but it is ironical that the later dynasties followed suit with the stipulations of market laid by the laws of Tang dynasty. |
