| 摘 要： | 职业教育要跟上社会变革的步伐，必须进行职业教育课程的变革．职业教育课程的变革必须要以市场为导向，确立培养目标；改革由学科本位教育转变为能力本位教育的教育思想：采用行为导向型教学法，完善教育课程实施过程。推行个性化教学，以达到社会化学习的教育效果。

| Abstract: | In order to keep up with the pace of social change, vocational course reform must be conducted. The reform of vocational course must analyze labor market, determines cultivation target, reform course teaching model, and be changed from subject-centered to competency-centered, adopt advanced teaching methods, final- ize the process,of course implementation, carry out student-centered teaching methods to obtain the educational result of whole society learning. |
