Abstract:Democracy and negotiation are not only two basic characters and master ways of contemporary schooling, but also the major content and base in the reforming proposals of our schooling and curriculum and instruction. This paper illustrates the implications and approaches of the constructing and implementing of contemporary curriculum by the analyzing to the theories and practices of dialogue-centered curriculum, negotiated learning and non-ranked evaluation.
