| 摘 要： | 从苏州产业转型升级对高技能人才的需求特点入手﹐分析了高技能人才的培养现状和供求矛盾﹐提出构建以政府主导、企业为主体﹐综合社会多方力量的高技能人才培养体系﹐充分发挥政府部门主导引领作用和企业自主培养人才作用的对策。
