| 摘 要： | 实训基地建设和管理的水平,直接影响着高职教育培养目标的实现,结合香港理工大学工业中心模式,从工业中心的理念定位、设备与教学团队、管理与企业文化以及校企合作等几个方面分析其成功之道。合理借鉴工业中心的经验,对内地高职实训基地建设提出了建议和对策。

| Abstract: | The level of the practice base construction and management,directly impact the realization of the higher vocational education training goal.Combining with the model of the Hong Kong polytechnic university industrial center,this paper analyzes the successful path which is from the concept of industrial centre positioning,equipment and teaching team,management and the enterprise culture,the school-enterprise cooperation.This paper properly learns from the industrial centers experience,proposes the suggestions and countermeasures for the mainland higher vocational training base construction. |
