| 摘 要： | 酒店行业的发展,促使许多高职院校积极开展酒店管理专业学生的培养工作,但是旧有的教学模式与教学内容已经出现于市场脱节的问题。本文分析了高职酒店管理专业教学存在的一些问题,并针对以市场为导向这个教学模式提出了一些教育模式与方法上的改进措施。
