| Abstract: | The essay firstly discusses the features of the course named ＂Policy for University Students＇Employment＂ and then explores the problems existing in its present teaching. Based on the above discussion, the author carries out the research on how to improve its teaching effect by the following ways： to arrange the teaching time appropriately; to use some cases during the teaching; to improve the teaching methods; to offer consultation after the class; to cultivate qualified teachers for this course. |
