摘    要:实施科教兴国战略,迫切需要培养具有创新能力和宽广视野的新型人才。随着国家卓越工程师教育培养计划的逐步实施,以工科院校精品课程及专业实验室为重要创新教育平台,以国家级教学团队为科研指导骨干力量,在学生中开展实验室基本训练、教学基地实习和科技创新竞赛相结合的科技创新活动对于培养新型人才非常必要,对推进教学改革也有积极的探索意义。

Abstract:The implementation of the strategy of invigorating the country through science and education calls on a great number of talents with innovation ability and wide horizon.In recent years,the national excellent-engineer training program has started,an education platform based on excellent curriculums and specialized laboratories has been set up in engineering colleges and a team of excellent teachers has formed to offer the necessary guidance in research.In this background,it is of positive significance for developing new type talents and advancing teaching reform to promote science and technology innovation among students.
