| 摘 要： | 在高等教育发展史上,为适应不同历史时期的社会发展对人才特征的一般性要求,大学自产生迄今其人才培养模式经过了三个历史阶段:前工业经济时代,大学的人才培养以知识为导向;工业经济时代,大学的人才培养以学科为导向;知识经济时代,大学的人才培养以素质和能力为导向.以素质和能力为导向是大学人才培养模式现代转型的必然选择.

| Abstract: | In the history of higher education,universities have undergone three models of talent-cultivating to suit the needs of social development in different historical times.In the pre-industrial economy era,knowledge played a dominant role in university talent-cultivating;in the industrial economy era,emphasis was laid on disciplines;and in the knowledge-economy era,quality and ability are the two keys in university talent-cultivating.Quality and ability are the inevitable choice in the transform of university talent-cultivating model. |
