大陆和香港特别行政区消费者保护组织的比较研究

随着市场经济不断的深入发展，消费者协会的作用也越来越受到公众的关注和政府的重视。本文从两地消费者保护法律条文的相似与不同入手，借鉴香港消费者委员会的优势，以期对大陆地区的消费者保护协会所存在的缺点和不足提出建议，促进保护消费者的财产利益、帮助消费者建立产品识别能力，推动消费者保护法律的制定和完善，并为消费者提供一个更加安全与公平的消费市场。

Consumer Council comparison Between The mainland and Hong Kong

The consumer council has undergone eye-catching development and is becoming more and more important. By using the consumer council, we can advocate for consumer interests,facilitates constructive discussion,promulgation of pro-consumer policies and to empower consumers to help themselves. This article would focus on the Consumer Protection legislation in mainland and Hong Kong and through the legal basis, legislate and consumer council strategy to have a better institution for consumer betterment towards safe and sustainable consumption in a fair and just market.
