浅谈高职高专院校师范生的智能结构

高职院校师范专业应以＂素质、能力、技能＂为基本要素构建学生的智能结构,其中,知识是形成素质和能力的基础,素质是根本,能力（软能力）是中心、技能（硬能力）是重点,呈现出立体式、层次性的特点。唯有如此才能彰显高职特色,保证高职师范教育人才培养的质量。

Intelligence Structure of Normal School Students in the Higher Vocational Colleges

The intelligence structure of the normal school students in higher vocational colleges should be based on the elements of quality,competence and skill.As far as these elements are concerned,the knowledge factor is regarded as the fundamental one to form the quality and ability.Among the quality,competence and skill,the quality is the decisive factor,while the training of the competence is the focus,and the development of ability should be the focal point.
