On Public Law Factors Inherent in Private Law Autonomy

Autonomy is a core principle of traditional private law.However,as the historical and cultural changes,a growing number of factors of public law penetrate the areas of private law.As an inevitable trend of the development of private law,it has to overcome the embarrassed.Throughout the development of private law,we find that the infiltration of the public law factors in private law will not affect the nature of itself,on the contrary,it will promote the civilization of it.
