摘    要:建立新型师生关系,促进教师和学生共同发展是当今时代和教育发展的必然要求。理解型师生关系是指为了改善教师和学生的学校生活状态,提高教育教学质量,由师生共同参与和构建的以消除误解、增进了解、加深理解和对话交流为主要特征的新型师生关系。建构理解型师生关系必须树立科学的教育观念,积极营造理解型的学校和班级文化氛围,创设理解型的课堂环境以及改革教育教学评价制度等。

Abstract:It is inevitable to build new teacher-student relationship and promote mutual development of the teachers and students in modern times.In order to improve school life of teachers and students and enhance the quality of education and teaching,the new type of teacher-student relationship is characterized as deep understanding and communication.Constructing teacher-student relationship based on understanding requires us to set up scientific educational conception and create cultural atmosphere for schools and classes.Meanwhile,it also requires us to produce a kind of classroom environment for understanding and reform the evaluation system of teaching.
