摘    要:劳动合同法是规范劳动关系的一部重要法律,旨在平衡双方当事人的利益,更加注重对劳动者权益的保护,为构建和谐稳定的劳动关系提供法律保障。本文试从用人单位在单方即时解除劳动合同时,如何更好地保护劳动者利益进行评析。
