| 摘 要： | 张洎是原南唐的重臣。入宋后经太祖、太宗两朝,由一个降臣坐到参知政事(副相)。特别受宋初统治者的青睐,我们从中可以窥见宋朝初期用人的方略,以及这种方略对整个宋朝此后的用人体制所产生的深刻的影响。

| Abstract: | Zhang Ji is a personage of the former Nantang.He is set store by the rulers and becomes a Cenzhizhengshi(auxiliaryprime minister in feudal China)from a capitulant all through the ages of the Emperor Taizu and Taizong.we can get a glimpse of Song Dynasty,from the initial employment plan and the subsequent use of this strategy for the entire system of the Song of profound impact. |
