千方百计扩大就业,不断改善人民生活水平是我国当前和今后经济方面面临的重要任务之一。扩大就业在构建社会主义和谐社会中的重要性、我国的就业现状、对扩大就业问题的思考,即营造一个良好的创业环境;大力发展服务业;切实加强就业服务和再就业培训工作;促进农村劳动力就业;创造就业形式和就业岗位。

The Pondering on the Present Condition of Society Employment

enlarging the employment in every possible way and improving the living standard are the vital tasks of our country at present and in the loter tinle.This paper analyzes the importance of enlarging the employment in the construction of our socialist society,the present condition of the employment and the initial pondering on the problem of enlarging the employment,that is,constructing a good start of undertaking environment: developing the service trades: reinforcing the employment service and reemployment training: promoting employment of rural area labor: creating employment forms and posts.
