2008年是改革开放30周年，为了回顾30年来我国学校德育理论和实践创新的重要成就，整理基本经验和教训，为新时期学校德育预示发展路径，我刊开设“学校德育30年”专栏，涉及“学校德育政策回顾”“学校德育理论研究的发展”“学校德育实践的历程”“校外德育”“青少年价值观研究”等内容。本期主题为“学校德育实践的历程”。

The Enrichment and Development of the Ideological and Political Educational Practices for University Students in the New Period

For 30 years since the reform and opening-up, confronting with the new situations and new circumstances of the reform and the socialist modernized construction, the scope of the ideological and political education is continuously expanding and the educational channels and carriers are gradually increasing. The practical fields, channels, ways and functions of the ideological and political education for university students are enriching and developing unceasingly, and plentiful and substantial results of practice have been acquired.
