| 摘 要： | 运用前瞻性研究与对策性研究相结合、理论性研究与制度建构性研究相结合的方法,对国际残奥运动理念与和谐社会发展观展开分析,探讨中国残疾人体育事业发展的意义,对新时期我国残疾人体育事业的发展进行深度考量,提出一些基本方略和对策,为我国残疾人体育事业的发展和相关政策的制订提供依据和参者.
