女大学生心理问题及教育对策研究

女大学生在成长与发展的道路上面临着比男大学生更多的困难与障碍。通过问卷调查、个别访谈、观察等方法对女大学生进行的心理调查显示:女大学生存在着不适应学校环境而产生的心理问题;学习方面的心理障碍,人际关系中的心理问题,城乡差别、生活差异导致的心理问题;恋爱与择业方面的心理问题。高校应高度重视女大学生心理问题,并将女大学生心理教育纳为教学计划,建立起由不同方面组成的各负其责、相互协调的心理教育体系,全方位提高女大学生心理素质。

Research on Psychological Problems & Educational Way of Female University Students

Female university students have more difficulties and obstacles th an male students in process of their growth and development. By means of questionn aires and personal interviews of university students the psychological investiga tion indicates that the female students have psychological problems such as the problem due not to adapting themselves to the campus circumstances, the psycholo gical obstacle in learning method, the problem of personal relationship, the pro blem caused by the difference between rural and urban areas and life-style diff erence and the problem in ways of love and career-selecting. Universities shoul d attach much importance to psychological problems of female students and set up a psychological-education teaching program for female students which is a psyc hological-education system consisting of different groups by means of respectiv e responsibility and mutual coordination so as to improve the psychological qual ity of female students in an all-round way.
