| 摘 要： | 对电阻焊机的工作原理和控制工艺进行控制，通过采用可编程序控制器，使机器比较复杂的机械动作得以在控制软件上轻易实现，简化了控制电路，提高自动化程序，在实际使用中证明，该系统控制性能稳定可靠，使用和维护方便，可减轻工人的劳动强度。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the working principle and technologic process of welded machine body are researched. By the application of the programmable controller, the more complex mechanical athletics can be realized by the control software, which can predigest the circuit and improve the automation of the system. Running result shows that the system runs with stability and reliability, easy operation, convenient maintenance and less working strength. |
