| 摘 要： | 文章从思想政治教育和高校管理的逻辑关系研究、思想政治教育的管理功能研究、高校管理的思想政治教育功能研究、高校辅导员与思想政治教育和管理的关系研究等方面对近十年学术界研究成果进行简要的述评,并分析当前研究存在的不足之处,探讨未来研究走向。
