| 摘 要： | 在实际的网络管理中，往往需要管理员对Web服务器进行手工监控，以判断Web服务是否正常.本文通过对HTTP协议工作原理进行分析，对C#中有关HTTP协议的类进行了深入研究，提出了对Web服务器进行监控的方法，并将手机报警方式引入到对Web的监控中.

| Abstract: | Network managers monitor the Web server always by themselves in actual network manager. After analysing the principle of HTTP and studing the class of the HTTP in C# , one useful solution to monitor Web server is proposed,and the short message alarm is introduced into the monitor of the Web server. |
