| 摘 要： | 南宁非公有制经济规模总量发展迅速,实力不断增强,已成为支撑和推动南宁经济社会发展的一支重要力量。但政策措施落实不力、缺乏"块状"的产业集群、企业整体素质不高等因素,制约了南宁非公有制经济的持续稳定发展,需要采取一系列有力措施,才能突破非公有制经济发展的瓶颈。

| Abstract: | The non-public-owned economy of Nanning has developed rapidly,with its strength continuously increasing,becoming a major driving force to support and promote the economic and social development of the city.However,lack of dynamics in implementing policies,lack of"module"industry clusters,low overall quality of en- terprises constrains the sustainable and stable economic development of non-public economy.Cosequently,it is necessary that a series of powerful measures be adopted to breakthrough the bottleneck that hinders the non-public economic development. |
