| 摘 要： | 血铅浓度测定方法较多,但在方法学上对其比较的较少,本文通过对目前常用的三种测定方法进行方法学比较,得出微分电位溶出(DPSA)法是目前血铅测定最好的方法,它具有标本用量少、操作简便、使用安全、精密度高、准确度好等优点。

| Abstract: | There exist many different methods of determine lead in blood,which are less methodologically compared.The thesis compares three common methods,then concludes that DPSA is the best one with the characters of low Specimen need,simple operation,security,high exactitude and accuracy. |
